Founders Frank and Kathrine Schrimpf
Brief History
The company was established by Frank P. Schrimpf in 1941. He managed the company, with the help of his wife Kathrine, until their nephew, Alfred Schmitz, bought it in 1973. Alfred’s wife, Irma, worked full time selling BEAM Central Vacuum Systems. This paved the way for the company to be a top 20 BEAM dealers in the mid-1990s. In 1998, the company was passed on to Alfred’s son, Jim, and his wife, Lisa.
